Michael Guan is the CEO and co-founder of Final Round AI, the platform behind Interview Copilot, AI Mock Interview, and AI Resume Builder. He started Final Round AI after noticing that most candidates fail interviews not because they lack the skills, but because they lack real-time support and honest preparation feedback. That gap, and his conviction that technology can close it, is what drives the company.

Before founding Final Round AI, Michael was recognized by programs including Google for Startups and Microsoft Founders Hub. Under his leadership, the platform has grown to serve hundreds of thousands of job seekers globally, across every role and industry.
